Neo Luxe is a moodboard collection illustrating a lavish Las Vegas lifestyle. Everything is excess and almost-tacky opulence--there is no regard for money or morals, only a selfish and exorbitant good time. More modern visuals like neon-signs and latex hands are combined with patterns and symbols of antique wealth, creating a sense of expensive eccentricity.
